Producer

The Charm City Fringe Festival Producer plays a leadership role in ensuring the festival runs successfully. The Festival Producer acts as the point of contact for all festival artists and staff. The Festival Producer operates as the main logistician to ensure all festival events and all venues run smoothly, from theatre production and stage management to strike. Acts as a representative of Fringe to all artists, staff, patrons, partners, etc. This is a paid position that starts in the summer and runs for the duration of the festival, October 1-11, 2020. Venue Manager

The Charm City Fringe Venue Managers play a vital role in ensuring the festival runs smoothly. The main responsibility of the Venue Manager is to support the artists working in the venue and represent Charm City Fringe’s values in the venue. The Venue Manager acts as the point of contact for the artists assigned to their venue and communicates to artists venue-specific information. Venue Managers also become the liaison between the artist, the festival staff, and the venue during the week of the festival. The Venue Manager ensures that their venue’s shows begin and end on-time, is friendly and courteous to artists in the space. All staff working in the venue are to report to the Venue Manager. Front of House Manager

The Front of House Managers (FoH) are the face of CCF for patrons/audiences. Their main priority is to ensure that audiences/patrons of the festival have a positive experience. The FoH Manager manages the volunteers assigned to each venue as concessions salespeople, box office workers, and ushers. These volunteers report to the FoH Manager. The FoH manager ensures that their assigned venue’s volunteers are in place and adequately trained, concessions stands are stocked, box office is operating smoothly, and patrons are having a great experience.FoH managers report to the venue manager. This is a paid position that runs for the duration of the festival, October 1-11, 2020.
